Lemon Pudding Cake

To begin my baking challenge I decided to make a recipe that I found in a Real Simple magazine. It is a really simple (hehehe) lemon pudding cake. I chose it because I already had all the ingredients at home, and I must say it was the perfect recipe to start my challenge with!

It was super fast and easy, and it turned out great!

I ended up eating it before being able to take pictures of it, but I got one of the last piece. The mix of cake and pudding was so strange that I had to show it.
